“We are all very much looking forward to the resumption of direct air traffic between Vietnam and the Russian Federation. The adviser also noted that routes for the transportation of goods from Vietnam to Russia and back have now been resumed, and added that the new transport routes will allow the parties to develop trade and economic cooperation.
