At the time of the accident, there were more than 30 Russian passengers on board, and some of them are our insured.

Many passengers immediately after the accident turned to us for medical help. As a result, some were hospitalized in serious condition in Phuket hospitals, and some of the victims were evacuated by us to the Russian Federation accompanied by medical specialists.

What happened is terrible, but it proved again that our company is able to cope with any number of requests, regardless of their complexity.
